Will you put an
item on hold for me?
Yes. If you see an item you would like to put on hold, please email us
and we will put the merchandise on hold for 48 hours!
How do I care for my new garment? Some items may be gently washed by hand in cold water and hung
dry, but if you are unsure it is best to have the items professionally
dry cleaned. We recommend never putting an item in the dryer.
Store your garments in a cool, dry place.
How do I care for my new jewelry? Using a jewelry polishing cloth is a good method. Also,
spraying a small amount of windex or glass cleaner onto a cloth and
wiping the jewelry lightly works well. Do not use a brush to
scrub, as the rhinestones and other pieces are delicate and may become

Mostof the necklaces can be shortened upon request.

You may return the unused merchandise in its original condition with all of the tags in tact, within
5 days of delivery. Once we receive your package and
the merchandise is found in it's original condition, we will
promptly issue a store credit or refund, less shipping, within 7
If we receive your merchandise back and it has obviously been worn or damaged in any way, you will not receive a refund or store credit. You must then pay for shipping if you would like the merchandise returned to you.

What items are without exception, not returnable?
*All jewelry and sale items are final. No exceptions.
*Items that have been used, worn, tags removed, or washed are no longer new and are
not eligible for return, exchange or refunds.
*Items that smell (from smoke, body odor, etc), or are unclean (with
deodorant marks, pet hair, make-up stains, or dirt/dust scuffs,
etc.) are not in new condition and are not eligible for return or
exchange. Please be sure to remove make-up and/or deodorant prior to trying
items on in order to avoid making marks on clothing.
*All items handmade by artists.
What is your exchange policy?
Once we have received your merchandise you will be sent an invoice to
cover the shipping cost for the new item. Shipping the item you want an
exchange for back to us is your responsibility. We are not responsible
for return packages that do not have tracking information attached to
it. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured package with tracking
info to the address below.

Domestic: Orders are shipped in 1 to 3 business
days and usually take 2 to 3 days to reach their destination, but may

destination, but may take up to 21 business days from the shipped date
Can I get it any faster? We offer Over Night / Express Shipping but please

depending on their destination. Rush shipping is NOT available for

customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs
policies vary widely from country to country so it’s a good idea to
contact your local customs office for further information before
ordering from our website. When you order from HippieCouture.com and
affiliates, you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country
in which you are receiving goods. We are unable to mark packages as
"gift", "sample", or anything other than "merchandise" on the applicable
customs forms and cannot reduce the value of said package to lessen the
taxes and duties levied against the recipient. Sorry but no exceptions
will be made to this policy.
International customers who pay via PayPal
If the value of your merchandise is over $250, we are required to ship
your package via Global Express Mail to meet PayPal’s requirements for
online tracking. This may result in higher VAT
fees or customs charges.
cancel my order?
Any order can be cancelled prior to
shipment. To ensure that we receive your request prior to shipping, we must
receive an email containing your request to cancel the order within 45
minutes after the order is placed. Cancelled orders are subject to a 5%
processing fee which will be charged to the credit card that you used to
place the order.
Lost Items We are not responsible for items once they are shipped. We ship to the
address that was given with payment, and are not responsible if that
address is incorrect. If you have an unstable residence, then we
recommend having items sent to an office or another address where you
can pick up the package.
We as a company have the right to refuse
service, cancel an order, or refuse an order, to any customer that is
threatening, abusive, or for any reason we deem necessary.
Privacy Statement We will never sell, trade or give away your name, email, address or
personal information to any business or third party. Occasionally your
email will be used to send promotional materials such as coupons,
